.5 oz (15 ml) Liqueur d'herbe (Jaigermeister)

1 oz (30 ml) Sirop chocolat (Matteo's)

.5 oz (45 ml) Sirop gingembre (Maison Routin)

4 oz (120 ml) Café espresso (Cimo)

Préparation :

La prise de mousse :

1.5 oz (45 ml) Lait 2 %

.5 oz (15 ml) Blanc d'oeuf

Terminez avec du cacao moulu

Buvez avec modération !
